LAUREN VON DER POOL
A celebrated chef, author, and wellness advocate known for her vibrant, healing cuisine and soulful approach to food. A Le Cordon Bleu graduate, she has worked with icons like Wolfgang Puck and cooked for stars including Serena and Venus Williams, Common, and Stevie Wonder. She also served as a chef for Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move!” campaign and has curated menus for events like the Oscars, Grammys, and the Met Gala.
Formerly vegan for 25 years, Lauren now embraces a more expansive culinary philosophy rooted in balance, nature, and transformation through food.
